On March 7, 2025, NTPC PMI proudly hosted the 6th Edition of the NTPC Women Leaders Conclave, a day dedicated to celebrating the resilience, leadership, and achievements of women across all spheres. With the theme "Accelerate Action," the event served as a powerful reminder of the strides made in gender inclusivity and the path ahead in empowering women. It was a proud moment to have Ms. Laxmi Singh, IPS, Commissioner of Police, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, who graced the occasion with her charisma and delivered an impactful address by sharing invaluable insights on leadership, perseverance, and breaking barriers.
Sh. A.K. Jadli, Director (HR) addressed and appreciated the contribution of NTPC Women Power and highlighted how they are making a difference each day. The event commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, ED (Strategic HR & Talent Management).
Adding to the inspiration, the conclave featured conversations with Ms. Rajkumari, a celebrated para-athlete in power-lifting, Ms. Santosh Yadav, a pioneering mountaineer, and Dr. Anjali Nigam, an accomplished artist and painter. Each speaker brought forth their journey of determination, reinforcing the idea that challenges are mere stepping stones to success. Beyond the enriching discussions, the event radiated warmth and togetherness as attendees engaged in a lively quiz, shared heartfelt poetry, and filled the room with melodies, fostering a beautiful sense of camaraderie and celebration.
The event concluded with theatrical performances by Executive Trainees in collaboration with NSD, leaving participants enriched with motivation, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.
